Contact the clergy department of your local hospital and arrange an initial meeting to discuss visiting arrangements for patients in the hospital.
Take with you prominent members from your local Islamic Center. Similar to the prison system, you will be asked to fill out forms for a security check.
Once cleared through the security system, you will be able to visit accordingly. Like above, respect the right of individuals who chose not to talk with you or accept your literature (this is considered harassment).
